                                         We Need Sales Specialist 

job summary

Respond to customers and receive their orders and implement sales according to the sales process, while recording sales and customer information and solve customer problems, coordinate with logistics, purchasing and accounting departments to implement necessary sales tasks, implement sales plans and monitor sales goals The purpose of sales is to supervise and ensure the movement and distribution of products and materials and their delivery to customers on time, coordinate the entire system cycle and maintain records of customer information.

Responsibilities 


    • Increase the company's reputation through campaigns, participation in seminars, exhibitions, explorations and visits.

    • Answering customer calls (phone, email) and receiving their requests and implementing them according to the company's working process.

    • Close monitoring of goods sold and ensuring the movement of goods and delivery to customers.

    • Continuous communication with customers and ensure maintenance of customer loan payment system and request and recovery of customer loans according to the loan recovery process.

    • Careful and ongoing coordination with purchasing, logistics and accounting departments to fulfill orders when appropriate and in accordance with the sales process.

    • Listening to customer requests, complaints and solving their problems.

    • Collect accurate and effective information on products and materials to help customers make decisions.

    • Implement market research and coordinate with the marketing department for this purpose.

    • Continuous and innovative work to add and find new customers and increase sales.

    • Investigate the ability of agents, record their work and purchases and make recommendations for their rewards.

    • Provide sales forecasts in a very accurate way to achieve sales goals.

            • Build and maintain a straightforward and excellent relationship with customers based on respect and protection of mutual interests.

  •     Ability to adapt quickly to changes and developments
  •     Bachelor's/Diploma in Business Administration, Business or any other related field.
  •     Have a specialized sales certificate.
  •     2 to 3 years experience in sales and sales execution.
  •     Experience in customer relationships and dealing with them.
  •     Experienced in sales and sales management.
  •     Must Be Fluent in speak and write in Arabic and Kurdish and  English.
  •     Ability to use computers very good and Microsoft Office programs very well.
  •     Ability to prepare and analyze reports.  
  •     Ability to work on ERP sales systems.
